Playfight
What happens when conflict becomes embodied play?
What is it about?
Playfight: emboding conflict
Playfight is a practice where conflict it is experienced directly in the body. Through structured physical interaction, clear agreements, and facilitated presence, you begin to notice how you react in moments of tension: when you push, withdraw, freeze, or lose yourself. This is not about performance, competition, or aggression. It is about awareness in real time. You are invited to meet yourself in relation; in movement, in contact, and in presence with another human being. Playfight helps you turn automatic patterns into conscious experience, so you can respond with more clarity, choice, and connection.

Meeting yourself in layers
This practice is rooted in presence and direct experience. In Playfight, your patterns become visible through interaction, movement, and contact. We work with what actually happens in the moment. not what you think is happening. From there, we move through three core steps:
Awareness in the body
Notice how your body reacts in moments of intensity: tension, withdrawal, impulse to control, or collapse. This is the foundation of insight.
Staying present in activation
Learn to remain grounded and present while patterns arise, without needing to escape, fight, or freeze. Build clarity and self-trust in real time.
Relational integration
Use the insights from Playfight to relate more consciously with yourself and others. Your boundaries, presence, and relational patterns become clearer and more embodied.
Presence changes everything
How does it work?
Playfight takes different forms, but the core remains the same: meeting yourself in real-time through embodied interaction and presence.
Facilitated 1:1 sessions
A direct space where your patterns, reactions, and relational dynamics become visible through guided contact and presence. We slow down what happens in you as it unfolds.
Structured group sessions (including schools)
A shared field of practice where you meet others in movement, boundaries, and interaction. The group becomes a mirror for how you relate under pressure and in connection.
Immersive retreats
Extended spaces of practice where depth, intensity, rest, and integration alternate. The practice becomes more continuous, allowing deeper layers of patterning to surface and reorganize.
Integration happens in relationship
The practice continues beyond the session, in how you relate, respond, and stay present in everyday life
What changes?
You start to meet conflict with more presence and clarity. You notice your patterns earlier, and you gain more choice in how you respond. Relationships become less automatic and more conscious, grounded, and alive.
Play isn’t just light or fun
It’s a way to be in relationship with the world.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the container
The cost of Playfight varies depending on the format: 1:1 sessions, group work, school programs, or retreats. Each container involves different levels of preparation, duration, and facilitation, so pricing is agreed individually before starting. My intention is to keep this work both accessible and sustainable, in a way that respects the context of each collaboration. If you are interested, we clarify all practical details together before beginning. That’s why I offer a sliding scale pricing model with three options:

Testimonials
what clients say about me and my work
Matteo Tangi
I'm grateful to have received Linda's help. She supported us to slow down our communication and notice what was happening between the lines. She helped us to listen in a deeper way and to speak with more clarity and care. This made us feel more connected, less defensive, and more open to each other.

I was deeply impressed by Linda’s ability to hold space in a highly emotionally charged situation, where both parties were significantly triggered. Throughout the entire process, she remained grounded, present, and unwavering. She skillfully reminded me of the communication agreements we had set at the beginning, helping to bring clarity and structure when emotions were running high. At the same time, she made me feel genuinely seen and met in my frustration, without losing sight of the other person or their inner landscape. Linda is sharp, spot-on, and courageously honest — and she brings this together with remarkable tenderness and care. She has a rich toolbox to draw from, and an even larger, deeply compassionate heart. Her presence creates both safety and truth, which is a rare and powerful combination.

Linda is embracing a beautiful balance between the structure and the care that is needed for a space to be well held and safe.. She led us to meet our inner child in such a beautiful way that brought ourselves to grow and heal with our own inner wisdom.. Playfight is a great game to meet some of your parts that have been sometimes neglected in our society.. I highly recommend!
