Playfight
What happens when conflict becomes embodied play?
What is it about?
Playfight: embodying conflict
Playfight is a practice where conflict it is experienced directly in the body.
Through structured physical interaction, clear agreements, and facilitated presence, you begin to notice how you react in moments of tension: when you push, withdraw, freeze, or lose yourself.
This is not about performance, competition, or aggression. It is about awareness in real time. You are invited to meet yourself in relation: in contact, in movement, and in presence with another human being.
Playfight helps you turn automatic patterns into conscious experience, so you can respond with more clarity, choice, and connection.
Meeting yourself in layers
This practice is rooted in presence and direct experience.
In Playfight, your patterns become visible through interaction, movement, and contact. We work with what actually happens in the moment, not what you think is happening. From there, we move through three core steps:
Awareness in the body
Notice how your body reacts in moments of intensity: tension, withdrawal, impulse to
control, or collapse.
This is the foundation for change.
Staying present in activation
Learn to remain grounded while patterns arise, without needing to escape, fight, or freeze. You build clarity and self-trust in real time.
Relational integration
Bring what you discover into how
you relate. Boundaries, presence, and patterns become clearer and more embodied in connection with others.
Presence changes everything
How does it work?
Playfight takes different forms, but the core remains the same: meeting yourself and the other through embodied interaction and presence.
1:1 sessions
A focused space around a specific theme you are navigating in your life or relationships. We bring that topic into contact. Your patterns around it become visible, and we create the space to slow them down, feel them, and explore different ways of responding.
Group sessions
(including schools)
These sessions foster connection within a group, creating a safer environment to explore how you relate to others. We work with themes such as boundaries, consent, desire, inner child, and group dynamics, allowing your patterns to emerge through interaction with different people.
Immersive retreats
A deep dive into the practice. A space for depth, transformation, and what I call serious fun. Over several days, you enter a continuous process where layers can unfold more fully. You explore different Playfight formats, meet yourself in varying relational dynamics, and work more deeply with emotional intensity, with time to integrate and rest.
Integration happens in relationship
The practice continues beyond the session, in how you relate,
respond, and stay present in everyday life.
What changes?
You begin to notice what’s happening in your body.
You develop a different relationship with your emotions.
You meet conflict with more presence and clarity.
You recognise your patterns earlier and gain more choice in how you respond.
Over time, you become more courageous in how you show up.
Your boundaries become clearer. You feel more at ease taking space and expressing what is true for you.
There is more playfulness, more responsibility for your own experience, and more freedom in how you relate.
Relationships become less automatic and more conscious, grounded, and alive.
Play becomes a way of relating
Not just something you do for fun.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the container.
The cost of Playfight varies depending on the format: 1:1 sessions, group work, school programs, or retreats.
Each container involves different levels of preparation, duration, and facilitation, so pricing is agreed individually before starting.
My intention is to keep this work both accessible and sustainable, in a way that respects the context of each collaboration.

Testimonials
what clients say about me and my work
Margo Geurts
Her presence and authenticity create a very safe place to enter into the Playfight space with whatever you feel in that moment, whether it’s your first or tenth time, young or old.
Her guidance is very clear, and her ability and sensitivity to hold the play a bit longer or “freeze” for a moment to go to the depth of what is arising at that moment are very valuable.
Her authenticity brings everyone to their authentic selves, her openness brings everyone into their openness, her clarity gives clarity even in the chaos of play, her depth gives us the permission to go to that depth.
I highly recommend anyone to dare to dive into Playfight with Linda and surprise yourself with all that will arise.
Very grateful!

I attended some playfight sessions with Linda, for myself and also with my 8yo child.
I appreciate a lot the way Linda gives and holds the space with freedom, while feeling safe with the bounderies being respected, hearing Linda intervene in the right moments.
With the children, she is just a natural;)
Also, she has fun to do that, i can tell, and this vibe is being shared with all.
Thank you for holding space for playfight, i look forward to do it again with you!

Linda is embracing a beautiful balance between the structure and the care that is needed for a space to be well held and safe.
She led us to meet our inner child in such a beautiful way that brought ourselves to grow and heal with our own inner wisdom.
Playfight is a great game to meet some of your parts that have been sometimes neglected in our society.
I highly recommend!
